In addition, cranberries are a good source of antioxidants, phytochemicals and polyphenols. Each of these ingredients are also under analysis for benefits of increasing the power of the body's immune system The National Kidney Foundation recommends drinking at least one large glass of cranberry juice a day to help maintain urinary tract health.

How much cranberry juice should i drink each day to get rid of it? :) pleaase dont tell me to go to the doctors either, thankyou :) btw im 14 years old if that helps.

Cranberry juice contains an enzyme that prevents infection-causing bacteria from sticking to the urethra. Once you have an infection, there is no other way to get rid of it other than taking antibiotics.
Cranberry juice is a good prevention, but is not a cure at all; just a myth I'm afraid.
Get well soon.
